Whose Despair

 

Whose Despair is an ongoing project which explores the labor and processes involved in the cultivation and extraction of Egyptian jasmine, and interrogates the use of language to describe youth and revolutionary bodies through the symbolic association of the flower to the body in the Arabic language.
